It is no big secret that it is a buyer’s market when it comes to real estate right now. I know people that have gotten very nice homes for a fraction of what they are worth because of the terrible economy. My one friend even got a nice place in the Outer Banks because they looked up Outer banks foreclosures online and found the perfect home for them and their family. I wish that I did not already have a house in this market!
